The re-sale market is constantly changing. The Dutiful Daughter does not control the market but we try to keep up on the changing landscape to try to maximize our client’s revenue for items sold. We do this through our network of buyers and auctioneers. Our typical turnaround for items that we sell on behalf of our clients ranges between four (4) to sixteen (16) weeks. Specialty items do take longer as we try to find the appropriate buyers. All items value depend on condition of the items. Please understand the most traditional furniture is not selling in today market. We are simply donating these to charities. The conditions of the items to be sold and the conditions in which they were stored in the house can impact the re-sale price.
