Most services are customized priced for each client. Our pricing is based on the amount of time and effort needed for us to complete our services and meet your needs. Each house has a different volume and nature of the items within. We will come out to provide a free estimate and assessment to insure that our services will meet your needs.
Minimum Charge = $575 (2 staff for up to 2.5 hours), does not include disposal costs
Dumpster = $695 (for disposal of items) 30 yard dumpster – Includes pick up and delivery of dumpster and up to three (3) tons of debris. Dumpster companies do charge additional fees for mattresses placed in dumpsters. Does not include labor to fill dumpster
Dump/Junk Run = $895- includes 2 staff for up to 2.5 hours on site to load 16 ft box truck with items for disposal. Labor, transportation and disposal costs (up to 1.5 tons/25 cubic feet of debris) at local landfill are included. Additional charges apply for mattresses/box springs and TV’s.
Mattresses = $45 each piece – fee to disposal of mattresses and box springs at landfill, (i.e. $90 per set)
Tires = $15 each (no rims), $45 each (with rims)
Piano Removal = $365 – under certain situations and upon request only. Not included in normal content removal services
Pool Table Removal – we do not handle this service but can make arrangements with and a professional pool table mover on behalf of our clients
We do NOT handle or remove hazardous wast, flammable liquids or paint
